摘要
【目的】以不同土壤类型为基础,寻找不同土壤类型中的土壤有效硫、有效硼与种植地区的灰枣果实品质的关系。【方法】选取新疆阿克苏地区阿瓦提县的灰枣作为研究对象,采用相关性分析与多元线性分析的方法。【结果】灌淤土中,果肉密度与土壤有效硫、有效硼均呈显著正相关,单宁与土壤有效硫呈显著正相关,果胶物质总量与土壤有效硼呈显著正相关;风沙土中,可溶性糖与土壤有效硫、有效硼均呈显著正相关;草甸土中,可溶性蛋白质与土壤有效硫、有效硼均呈显著正相关,果胶物质总量与土壤有效硫呈显著正相关;潮土中,果肉密度与土壤有效硫呈显著正相关,糖酸比与土壤有效硫呈显著正相关,游离氨基酸与土壤有效硼呈显著正相关;灰枣果实品质未与沼泽土中土壤有效硫、有效硼表现出显著的相关关系。【结论】根据不同土壤质地合理增加土壤有效硫、土壤有效硼的含量对提高枣果品质有一定的帮助。
        【Objective】Based on different soil types, the relationships of available soil sulfur and available boron in different soil types with fruit quality of ash date in the planting area were studied.【Method】The gray jujube in Awati county, Xinjiang Aksu prefecture was selected as the research object, and correlation analysis and multiple linear analysis were used.【Result】The pulp density was positively correlated with the available sulfur and available boron in the silting soil, tannin had a significantly positive correlation with soil available sulfur, and the total amount of pectin had a significantly positive correlation with soil available boron; In aeolian sand soil, the soluble sugar had a significantly positive correlation with soil available sulfur and available boron; In meadow soil, the soluble protein showed a significantly positive correlation with available sulfur and available boron, and the total amount of pectin was significantly positively correlated with soil available sulfur; In the fluvo-aquic soil, the density of pulp was positively correlated with the available sulfur in soil, the ratio of sugar to acid was positively correlated with the available sulfur in soil, and the free amino acid was positively correlated with the available boron in soil; The fruit quality of gray jujube had no significant correlation with sulfur and available boron in swamp soil.【Conclusion】According to different soil textures, increasing the available sulfur in soil and the available boron content in soil can improve the quality of dates.
