菊芋应答非生物逆境胁迫的生长发育及物质代谢研究进展

摘要
干旱缺水、土壤盐渍化等非生物胁迫已经成为中国许多地区农业生产发展的主要限制因素,直接影响着作物的生长状况。菊芋作为多年生草本植物,具有极强的抗逆性。在水分胁迫及盐碱胁迫下,菊芋的株高、基径、叶面积、和分枝数均表现出明显抑制现象。部分金属离子对菊芋的生长发育表现为一定程度的抑制作用,如Mg、Cu、Zn、Al和Hg,但是部分金属表现出对于菊芋生长不同的作用。在断根,摘叶以及去花的处理下,均表现出对菊芋产量增加的效应。光照时间的延长和缩短对菊芋的生长有不同的影响,同时研究还发现水杨酸可以缓解盐胁迫对菊芋的抑制作用,还能促进菊芋对K~+和Ca~(2+)的吸收和向上运输。研究还发现了HtCPI基因参与了菊芋对生物或非生物胁迫的防御机制。菊芋应答非生物胁迫的分子机理的研究目前并不多见,这将是菊芋应答非生物胁迫新的研究方向。
        Abiotic s tress, such as drought, water shortage and soil salinization, has become the main limiting factor of agricultural production development in many areas of China, which directly affects the growth of crops.Jerusalem artichoke, a perennial herbaceous plant, has a strong adversity resistance. The plant height, plant base diameter, leaf area and tiller number of Jerusalem artichoke were significantly inhibited under stress of water and salt. Some metal ions inhibited the growth and development of Jerusalem artichoke to a certain extent, such as Mg,Cu, Zn, Al and Hg, while some metal ion showed different effects on the growth of Jerusalem artichoke. Under the treatment of root cutting, leaf picking and flower removal, the yield of Jerusalem artichoke increased. The prolongation and shortening of light time had different effects on the growth of Jerusalem artichoke. At the same time, it was found that salicylic acid(SA) could relieve the inhibition of salt stress on Jerusalem artichoke and promote the absorption and upward transport of K~+ and Ca~(2+) in Jerusalem artichoke. The study also found that the HtCPI gene was involved in the defense mechanism of Jerusalem artichoke on biological or abiotic stress. The research on the molecular mechanism of Jerusalem artichoke responding to abiotic stress is rare, and this would be the new research direction for the response of Jerusalem artichoke to abiotic stress.
