菠萝蜜栽培研究现状及发展趋势

摘要
菠萝蜜是热带特色果树,集水果、木本粮食及珍贵用材于一体,是中国热带地区农民重要的经济来源,拥有广阔的市场前景。由于菠萝蜜属于小宗热带特色水果,受部门重视不足,因此多年来对其栽培营养方面的研究比较薄弱。本文综述了菠萝蜜国内外栽培概况、栽培技术研究现状及存在的主要问题,提出了今后的研究方向,展望了中国菠萝蜜产业的发展前景。
        Jackfruit is a fruit tree in tropical areas of China and can be used as fruit, woody food and precious timber. It is an important economic source for local farmers and has a broad market prospect.Research on cultivation and nutrition of jackfruit has been relatively weak for many years because this fruit has small consumers and little attention has been paid to by relative departments. The jackfruit cultivation profile all over the world, the research status of the cultural practices and the main problems arising from cultivation were reviewed. The future research directions and the prospect of development of jackfruit industry in China were put forward.
