摘要

先兆流产为临床常见疾病,当B超检查发现存在于孕囊周围的无回声液性暗区时则提示先兆流产合并孕囊积液,近年来发病率较高,当引起重视及予以积极治疗。周惠芳教授师从国医大师夏桂成教授,结合个人多年的临床经验,认为本病的发生主要在于肾虚血瘀,肾虚为本、血瘀为标而致心肾失交,冲任失调,胎元不固。病位主要在肾,涉及心肝脾,治法以补肾固冲为主,少佐活血化瘀,辅以滋肾宁心、疏肝健脾,并自拟益肾安胎方临床每获良效。
        Threatened abortion is a clinical frequent diseases,which with B ultrasonic examination revealed anechoic dark areas around the gestation sac is called threatened abortion with gestational sac hydrops.Recently it has a high incidence,so we should pay more attention and positive treatment to it.Professor ZHOU Hui-fang learns from Professor XIA Gui-cheng,who is the master of national physician.Professor ZHOU Hui-fang,summarized her clinical experience for many years,consider the occurrence of threatened abortion with gestational sac hydrops is kidney deficiency and blood stasis.The root cause is kidney deficiency,with blood stasis is the external cause,which lead to the failure intercourse between heart and kidney,Chong-Ren debility,insecurity of the fetal origin.The main location of threatened abortion with gestational sac hydrops is kidney and related with heart and liver and spleen.The therapy should be tonify kidney and benefiz chong meridran and promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis,clear away the heart-fire,soothe the liver and strengthen the spleen.Professor ZHOU Hui-fang creates"Tonifying Kidney Recipe",which has a good therapeutic effect.
