摘要

目的分析飞秒激光预约咨询影响因素,探讨优化门诊流程在提高飞秒激光手术预约成功率中的作用。方法自行设计飞秒激光手术预约影响因素调查问卷,根据调查结果,完善门诊咨询工作及流程,统计门诊咨询流程优化前、后的飞秒激光手术预约成功率。结果影响飞秒激光手术预约成功率的前5位因素包括患者对新技术有顾虑,担心手术风险、咨询护士对新技术认识不足、健康教育形式过于简单、咨询流程不合理及信息量大而庞杂。门诊咨询流程优化后手术预约成功率高于优化前(P<0.05)。结论优化门诊咨询流程通过改进医患沟通方式,可提高患者对门诊工作的满意度及飞秒激光手术预约成功率。
        Objective To analyze the influencing factors of femtosecond laser surgery reservations and explore the role of optimizing outpatient procedure in improving the reservation success rate of femtosecond laser surgery. Methods A questionnaire was designed to investigate the influencing factors of femtosecond laser surgery reservations. According to the results of the questionnaire, the outpatient consultation work and process were improved, and the reservation success rates of femtosecond laser surgery before and after optimization of outpatient consultation process were counted. Results The top five factors influencing the reservation success rate of femtosecond laser surgery included patients' worries about new technology and operation risks, insufficient awareness of new technology by consulting nurses, the form of education is too simple, unreasonable consultation process and large and complex information. The reservation success rates of surgery after optimization of outpatient consultation process was higher than that before optimization(P<0.05). Conclusion Optimization of outpatient consultation process by improving doctor-patient communication methods can improve satisfaction of outpatient work of patients and the reservation success rates of femtosecond laser surgery.
