摘要

目的探讨安全质量管理理念在医院药剂科管理中的应用效果。方法选择我院2017年1月～10月未使用安全质量管理理念收治的500例患者作为对照组,选择2018年1月～10月使用安全质量管理理念收治的500例患者作为观察组,比较两组的药品管理效果及患者满意度。结果观察组的过期药品、药物滥用、药物损坏发生率分别为1.00%、1.60%、2.00%,低于于对照组的3.40%、3.80%、4.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的患者满意度为95.00%,高于对照组86.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全质量管理理念的应用,有效降低了过期药品、药物滥用和药物损坏,促进了医院药剂科药品管理质量的提高,同时可有效提高患者满意度。
        Objective To explore the application effect of safety quality management concept in hospital pharmacy management. Methods A total of 500 patients admitted to our hospital from January to October 2017 who did not use the safety and quality management concept were selected as the control group. 500 patients who were treated with safety and quality management concepts from January to October 2018 were selected as observation groups. Group drug management effectiveness and patient satisfaction. Results The incidence rates of expired drugs, drug abuse and drug damage in the observation group were 1.00%, 1.60%, 2.00%, respectively, which were lower than 3.40%, 3.80%, and 4.40% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The patient satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than that of the control group 86.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of safety and quality management concept has effectively reduced expired drugs, drug abuse and drug damage, and promoted the quality of drug management in hospital pharmacy, while effectively improving patient satisfaction.
