摘要

目的:探讨中华生活质量量表(ChQOL)应用于肠易激综合征(IBS)患者的信度与效度,为临床应用该量表提供依据。方法:选择2015年3月至2017年6月在佛山市中医院门诊和住院部就诊符合罗马Ⅲ诊断标准的IBS患者123例,同时纳入健康受试者123例,使用ChQOL量表测定其生活质量,评价该量表的信度和效度。结果:该量表所有维度的Gronbach’sα系数均> 0.7;重测信度> 0.7;结构效度分析基本符合量表设计构想;以SF-36作为效标的比较,ChQOL量表各领域具有良好关联性,同时具有良好区分效度。结论:ChQOL量表用于IBS患者的生活质量评价具有良好的信度与效度。
        Objective:To access the reliability and validity of Chinese Quality of Life Scale(ChQOL) in the evaluation of quality of life among patients with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) so as to provide evidences for clinical application of this scale. Methods:There were 123 IBS patients meeting with Roman III functional gastrointestinal disease diagnostic criteria from Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2015 to June 2017 selected,with 123 healthy people as the control. The quality of life of all subjects were measured by ChQOL and the reliability and validity of the scale was evaluated. Results:The Cronbach's α coefficients of all dimensions of the scale were all above 0.7;the test-retest reliability was above 0.7;the structural validity analysis was basically in line with the scale design concept. With the comparison of Short Form(36) as a criterion,the ChQOL has good correlation in various fields and has good discriminant validity. Conclusion:The ChQOL has favorable reliability and validity in the evaluation of quality of life in patients with IBS.
