摘要

目的了解广西边境长途卡车司机艾滋病知识和高危行为及其影响因素,为下一步的宣传和防治工作提供依据。方法于2010—2016年每年的5—6月,按照《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案操作手册》的要求开展监测工作,在凭祥市浦寨边境贸易城的停车场对长途卡车司机进行问卷调查,并采集血样进行艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗体检测,分析其艾滋病知识和相关高危行为的影响因素。结果共调查2 800名长途卡车司机,其中包括越南籍司机152名,艾滋病知识总知晓率为96.14%,最近一年商业性行为的发生率为12.75%,最近一次发生商业性行为时安全套使用率为92.16%。多因素分析结果显示:年龄、文化程度、国籍是艾滋病知识知晓程度的影响因素;年龄、国籍以及梅毒感染会影响长途卡车司机最近一年是否发生商业性行为;年龄、国籍是长途卡车司机最近一次发生商业性行为时是否使用安全套的影响因素。结论应该针对不同年龄段的广西边境长途卡车司机人群进行差异化的艾滋病知识宣传教育,应特别加强对越南籍司机的干预工作,以防控艾滋病在该群体的传播和流行。
        Objective To understand awareness of AIDS knowledge and high-risk behaviors among long-distance truck drivers on the border of Guangxi, and to provide evidence for further publicity and prevention. Methods In May and June from 2010 to 2016, a survey was conducted each year on the long-distance truck drivers in Puzhai border trade site, Pingxiang city, in accordance with the requirements of the "Manual of the National AIDS Sentinel Surveillance Implementation Program", and the blood samples were collected for HIV, syphilis, and HCV antibody detection. The factors affecting the AIDS knowledge awareness and related high-risk behaviors were analyzed. Results A total of 2 800 long-distance truck drivers were investigated, including 152 Vietnamese drivers. The total awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 96.14%. The incidence of commercial sexual behavior last year was 12.75%, and condom use rate during the latest commercial sexual behavior was 92.16%. The results of multivariate analysis showed that age, education, and nationality were the influencing factors of AIDS knowledge awareness. Age, nationality, and positive syphilis infections were the affecting factors for commercial sex of the long-distance truck drivers last year, and age and nationality were the factors affecting condom use for last sexual intercourse. Conclusion Education of AIDS knowledge and intervention should be carried out among Guangxi border long-distance truck drivers, which should be adapted to the characteristics of different age groups, particularly the Vietnamese drivers, in order to prevent and reduce HIV spreading in the group.
