云南省各级医院中医护理掌握和需求现状及影响因素分析

摘要
目的:明确云南省各级医院对中医护理掌握现状和需求程度,分析其影响因素。方法:采取方便抽样法,采用自行设计问卷,选取2016年12月至2017年6月云南省各州市、县级以上医院各层次护理人员556例。结果:中医护理技术操作掌握最好,中医护理科研掌握最差,辨证施护及整体护理需求最高,人文社会科学知识需求最低。方差分析显示,毕业院校、所在医院/科室和参加100学时以上的中医知识培训对于中医护理技术操作和中医护理科研掌握情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元回归分析结果显示,医院性质对中医护理技术操作、中医临床护理知识具有影响,参加100学时以上的中医知识培训对于中医护理技术操作具有影响,毕业院校对中医临床护理知识、中医护理科研与论文培训具有影响,职称和医院/科室对中医护理质量评价标准具有影响。结论:中医护理科研为云南省各层级护理人员的短板,中医基础知识掌握等理论知识不足,要紧密结合世界、国家的政策方针和趋势,加大对中医护理人才科研、系统知识的培养,适应临床中医护理人才的需求。
Objective: To investigate the knowledge and needs status quo about nursing knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine from different levels of hospitals in Yunnan province and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods: The method of convenient sampling was applied, and 556 clinical nurses from different levels of hospitals were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire from December 2016 to June 2017. Results:The best mastery was nursing technique in traditional Chinese Medicine, and the worst mastering was traditional Chinese medicine nursing research; Dialectical nursing and holistic nursing needs the highest, and the minimum demand was the knowledge of the humanities and Social Sciences. Analysis of variance revealed, Graduated universities, the hospital/department, and The training of TCM knowledge above 100 hours for nursing technical operation of TCM, nursing scientific research of TCM, the difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05). Regression results showed that hospital level has influence to the TCM nursing technical operation and clinical nursing knowledge of TCM; The training of TCM knowledge above 100 hours has influence to the operation of TCM Nursing Technology; Graduated universities has influence to clinical nursing knowledge of TCM, nursing research on TCM nursing and the training of paper; Professional title and hospital/department have influence on the standard of quality evaluation of nursing quality of Chinese medicine. Conclusion: Nursing research in TCM is a short board for nurses at all levels in Yunnan Province, with lack of theoretical knowledge of basic knowledge of TCM. It needs close combination of the world, the policy and the trend of the country, increasing the cultivation of scientific research and systematic knowledge for nursing talents of traditional Chinese medicine,and meeting the needs of Clinical nursing talents of traditional Chinese Medicine.
