摘要
当前中高本职业教育衔接的难点未能有效突破,课程内容缺乏层次性,重复严重,难以符合分段培养、能力递进的现代职业教育体系建设要求,中高本职业教育的无缝对接未能真正实现。本文通过构建市场营销类标准岗位分类和分级体系、市场营销类岗位能力要素项目、市场营销类岗位能力辞条进行分级描述,设计标准岗位能力说明书,进而构建中高本市场营销专业人才培养衔接标准理论框架,以期破解当前中高本职业教育衔接的难点,实现中高本职业教育的无缝对接。
At present,the difficulties in the connection between secondary vocational,higher vocational and undergraduate education have not been effectively broken,the contents of courses are lack of hierarchy,and the repetitions are serious. It is difficult to meet the requirements for the construction of a modern vocational education system with staged training and progressive ability. Seamless docking of secondary vocational,higher vocational and undergraduate education has not really been realized. This paper designs the standard post competency specification by constructing the standard post classification,grading system and post competency elements project of marketing,and then constructs the theoretical framework of the convergence standard for the cultivation of high-and middle-level marketing professionals,with a view to solving the difficulties of the current convergence of secondary vocational,higher vocational and undergraduate education,and realizing the seamless convergence of the three.
