摘要
高等职业教育要培养出具有高素质的技术应用型人才,首要任务就是确定人才培养目标,并以此来指导教学活动的各个环节。以南京城市职业学院为例,重点阐述服务外包软件专业群"六人"培养目标的确定过程("六人"即身心健康"自然人"、正直诚信"社会人"、团结协作"基本职业人"、技能高超"准专业职业人"、对口就业"专业职业人"、个性化就业"普通职业人"),以及围绕此培养目标构建人才培养模式、搭建课程体系的具体实践过程。
In order to cultivate high-quality technical and applied talents in higher vocational education, the first task is to determine the target of talent training and to guide all aspects of teaching activities. Taking Nanjing City Vocational College as an example, this paper focuses on the determination of the training objectives of "six persons" in the software professional group of service outsourcing( "six persons"), that is, physical and mental health "natural person", honest and trustworthy "social person", "basic professionals" with cooperation spirit, highly skilled "quasi-professional person", major-matched "professional person", and "ordinary professionals" with personalized employment. In addition, the paper expounds the practical process of constructing talents training mode and building curriculum system around this training goal.
