摘要

在企业的发展中,会议活动发挥着重要的作用,在很大程度上推动着行政工作的顺利开展,是新时期社会、政治和经济生活中的重要活动方式。企业应该加强对会议活动的重视,尤其是会务接待工作,并融入精益管理理念,充分发挥出精益管理理念的作用。
        In the development of enterprises, conference activities play an important role in promoting the smooth development of administrative work to a great extent. It is an important way of activities in social, political and economic life in the new era. Enterprises should pay more attention to conference activities, especially conference reception work, and integrate the lean managementconcept in it, so as to give full play to the role of lean management concept.
