摘要
本文通过对MDEA贫、富胺液中的硫化氢和二氧化碳测试的化学容量法、直接进样气相色谱法、顶空进样色相色谱法和改进的直接进样气相色谱法等进行比较。我公司采用改进的直接进样气相色谱法具有操作简便、避免了MDEA及降解产物对色谱柱污染,测试的重现性好,可以实现长周期准确分析的目的。
In this paper, the titration method, direct injection gas chromatography, headspace gas chromatography and improved direct injection gas chromatography for the determination of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide in lean and rich amine solution of MDEA in refining and chemical industry are compared. The modified direct injection gas chromatography adopted by our company has the advantages of simple operation, avoiding the possibility of MDEA and degradation products contaminating the chromatographic column, good reproducibility of the test, and can realize the purpose of long period accurate analysis.
