初始几何缺陷对大跨张弦桁架结构整体稳定的影响研究

摘要
张弦桁架结构在大跨空间结构中应用越来越广泛,如何确保此类结构的整体稳定性是钢结构领域面临的重要课题。首先以某185 m跨张弦桁架柱面煤棚为背景,分析了满跨活荷载、半跨活荷载和风荷载作用下不同初始缺陷对该结构整体稳定性能的影响,发现在该结构设计中,以理想结构的静力失稳模态作为结构的初始几何缺陷,比"一致缺陷模态法"对结构的整体稳定性有更显著的影响。再建立跨度为120,140,160,180,200 m的类似柱面张弦桁架模型并分别分析其整体稳定性。研究结果表明:此类张弦桁架结构对初始缺陷不敏感,静力失稳模态作为初始缺陷与一阶模态相比更加不利。
        As the truss string structure becomes more and more widely used in long-span space structures,how to ensure the structural stability of long-span structure is an important problem in the field of steel structure. Firstly,the effects of different initial geometrical imperfections on the overall stability of the truss string structure under full-span live load,half-span live load and the wind load were analyzed based on a coal shed with a span of 185 meters in the paper. It was found that the static instability mode of the ideal structure used as the initial geometric imperfection had a more significant influence on the overall stability of this structure than the consistent imperfect buckling analysis method( CIBAM)advocated by the standard. Then the overall stability of several truss string structure models with span of 120 m,140 m,160 m,180 m and 200 m was calculated respectively. It was concluded that these structures were not sensitive to the initial geometrical imperfections and the static instability mode used as initial geometrical imperfections was more dangerous than the first order mode.
