摘要
为研究和科学评价轻武器的损伤效应,基于X射线透射成像技术和离轴分幅技术,研制了一台5通道10分幅脉冲X射线成像仪。该成像仪主要包括X射线转换屏、离轴分幅镜头、5通道ICCD相机、同步信号发生器和图像采集与控制软件。同步信号发生器在外部信号触发下产生同步输出信号,触发脉冲X射线源产生脉冲X射线;脉冲X射线透过测试物体后,经X射线转换屏转换成可见光图像;可见光图像经过5个离轴设计的镜头成像后,被对应的5套ICCD相机同步循环记录,可获得测试物体内部的序列图像。概述了离轴分幅镜头、ICCD相机、同步信号发生器及X射线转换屏等关键技术。该成像仪的像素分辨率为1 024×1 024,成像视场为300mm×300mm,可获取10幅序列图像,重复频率取决于脉冲X射线源的频率。
        To study and scientifically evaluate the damage effects of light weapons,a 5-channel10-frame pulsed X-ray imaging instrument was developed based on X-ray transmission imaging technology and off-axis frame splitting technique.The instrument mainly includes an X-ray conversion screen,off-axis optical lens,5-channel ICCD camera,a synchronous signal generator,and an image acquisition and control software.The synchronous signal generator generates synchronous output signals triggered by external signal,synchronous output signal triggers pulsed X-ray source to produce X-ray pulse,and X-ray pulse passes through the test object,and it is converted into visible images by the X-ray conversion screen.The visible images are produced by 5 off-axis lens,and recorded by 5 corresponding ICCD cameras,and the sequence images within the test object can be obtained.The key technologies are summarized,such as off-axis framing lens,ICCD camera,synchronous signal generator,and X-ray conversion screen.The pixel resolution of the imaging instrument is 1 024×1 024,the imaging field is 300 mm×300 mm,and the repetition rate depends on the frequency of the pulsed X-ray source.
