摘要

为了提高高职康复治疗技术人才的专业能力,介绍了高职康复治疗技术专业人才培养存在的主要问题:无明确的行业准入资格标准,学校教育与工作实际严重脱节,高职、高专以及本科教育之间的层次划分不明确,尚无标准化的评估体系。针对这些问题提出了合理的解决对策:分析现有研究存在的误区及不足,制定相应的考核项目,形成规范化的评价表,这样能提高康复治疗技术实用性人才的综合能力。
        In order to improve the professional competence of rehabilitation therapy technicians in higher vocational colleges,the main problems in training rehabilitation therapy technicians in higher vocational colleges are introduced:there is no clear qualification standard for the profession,the school education is seriously disjointed from the actual work,the hierarchical division between higher vocational education and undergraduate education is not clear,and there is no standardized evaluation system. In view of these problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions. Reasonable solutions are put forward: analyzing the existing research errors and shortcomings,formulating corresponding assessment items,and forming a standardized evaluation table,which can improve the comprehensive ability of practical talents in rehabilitation therapy technology.
