摘要
目前中医院校病理学实践教学存在一定的不足,本研究通过加强教学实验室的条件建设,优化实验课教学;整合多学科实验教学资源,组建"病理学整合图库";深入开展案例教学,增强理论教学与临床实践的结合;建立合理的教学评价体系,改革学生考核模式,实现学生对知识的并联、串联、交联和通联。并分别对2014~2015学年及2015~2016学年运用整合改革中医专业和未改革的非中医专业各班、2016~2017学年运用整合改革和前一年未进行改革的非中医专业各班的病理成绩和及格率做了比较。研究表明,病理学实践教学的整合与创新,可促进病理学教学质量的提高及学生能力的培养。
The current status on practical teaching of pathology in many traditional Chinese medicine universities,has lots of problems,hence,reform measures have been carried out in this research,such as strengthening the construction of teaching laboratory conditions,compiling the pathology integration gallery,developing the case teaching and reforming the examination evaluation system,in order to made the students acquire knowledge on pathology in vertical association,horizontal association,cross association and multidimensional association. Compared with those students not carried out the integrated reform,the grades and pass rate of these tested classes in the final examination were higher in different specialties and different academic years. The results of our research indicated that the integrated reform on practical teaching of pathology could improve quality of teaching in pathology course and promote the cultivation of students' learning abilities.
