摘要
选用活性深蓝K-R研究聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)改性黏胶纤维的无盐染色动力学,并与黏胶纤维常规染色工艺进行对比。通过测定上染速率曲线,计算出半染时间、平衡上染率、比染色速率常数和扩散系数等。结果表明,随着PAMAM树状分子质量分数的增加,半染时间逐渐下降,活性深蓝K-R在黏胶纤维上的初始上染率、平衡上染率和比染色速率常数都逐渐增大;当PAMAM质量分数达到10%时,可以实现黏胶纤维的无盐染色,染色后断裂强度稍有下降,但影响不大。
Dyeing kinetics of viscose fibers modified by PAMAM salt-free dyeing was studied using active deep blue K-R. The dyeing rate curve was measured to calculate half-dyeing time, equilibrium dyeing rate, specific dyeing rate constant and diffusion coefficient. The results showed that with the increasing of PAMAM dendrimer molecular, the half-dyeing time decreased, but the initial dyeing rate, equilibrium dyeing rate and specific dyeing rate constant increased gradually. When PAMAM content reached 10%, the salt-free dyeing of viscose fiber could be realized, and the breaking strength after dyeing slightly decreased, but the impact was not significant.
