摘要

对同煤集团云岗矿8805工作面ZF13000/25/38型液压支架在使用过程中出现的问题进行了分析,针对实际开采工况进行了有针对性的技术改造。改造后的支架强度有了明显提高,恢复并优化了相应的技术性能参数,有效地提高了支架的工作效率,为企业创造了很好的经济效益。
        The problems in the use of zf13000/25/38 hydraulic support in the 8805 working face of Yungang Coal Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group were analyzed, and the pertinent technical transformation is carried out according to the actual mining conditions. The strength of the modified support has been improved obviously, and the corresponding technical performance parameters have been restored and optimized, which effectively improves the working efficiency of the support and creates good economic benefits for the enterprise.
