摘要
目前油基钻井液本身存在的环保性能不足、成本过高、工艺复杂等缺点,以及常规的普通水基钻井液体系的页岩井壁稳定性和润滑性不能满足页岩水平井钻井需要的问题。研制并构建了一套由成膜封堵剂、抑制剂和类油基润滑剂3种主剂所组成的高性能水基钻井液体系。该钻井液体系具有良好的页岩井壁稳定性、与油基钻井液相当的封堵、润滑性能、生物毒性低、水基钻屑可以直接排放。这种页岩气高性能水基钻井液体系能够满足涪陵页岩气田钻井中长水平段的应用要求。
        Some existing oil-based drilling fluid is disadvantageous in inadequate environmental protection, higher cost, and complex process. However, those common water-based drilling fluid can not satisfied the requirements of shale horizontal-well drilling due to its poor wellbore stability and lubricating property. So, a kind of water-based drilling-fluid system with high performance, which is made up of film-forming sealing agent, inhibitor, and OBM-like lubricator, was developed. This high-performance drilling-fluid system is advantageous with better wellbore stability, comparable plugging and lubricating performance to oil-based drilling fluid, low biotoxicity, and direct discharge of water-based cuttings. Furthermore, it can satisfy the requirements of drilling longer horizontal intervals in Fuling shale-gas field.
