再生镁碳砖的显微结构研究

摘要
将用后的镁碳砖制备成再生原料,以添加20%再生原料制备成再生镁碳砖样品,采用Axioskop40型偏光显微镜、XL30TMP扫描电子显微镜和PHOENIX能谱仪对试样进行显微结构和微区成分分析。结果表明:再生镁碳砖中的再生原料,经过高温使用镁砂颗粒边缘逐渐被溶蚀;再生镁碳砖含有假颗粒;再生原料中抗氧化剂发生氧化或部分氧化。
        Used magnesia carbon bricks are produced into regenerated materials. The samples of regenerated magnesia carbon bricks contains 20% regenerated materials. The structure analysis and component analysis are studied by polarizing microscope of Axioskop40,scanning electron microscopes of XL30TMP and energy dispersive X-ray of PHOENIX. The result shows that in high temperature,magnesia particles of the regenerated materials in magnesia carbon bricks are gradually eroded from the edge,fake particles are detected in regenerated magnesia carbon bricks,and antioxidants in used magnesia carbon bricks are whole oxidized or partial oxidized.
