目前市面上的汽车内饰的喇叭网,主要分塑料和金属材质两种,其中又以塑料喇叭网占绝大多数,两种材料各自的优缺点鲜明,塑料件的优点可以一体成型,原材料成本略低;但塑料件的缺点:网孔大易出飞边造成堵孔、受热涨冷缩变形量大、吸能且音效差,影响透音、外观可见加强筋、外观易划伤、外观质感不强。而金属件的优点:网孔可按外观需要缩小、音效均匀、受热涨冷缩不变形、金属闪耀的瞩目材质、无加强筋、环保。金属件的缺点:工艺相对长。通过我们的汇总、梳理,将复杂工艺做模块化组合、拼接,可以满足不同价位客户的需求,使金属喇叭网使用功能上的优点放大,成本降低,以大大提高整车客户的使用率。同时通过有效的软件分析支持,可以在项目初期,或者在项目开发过程中避免反复的改模验证,以降低成型制造的开发成本。

The advantages of metal parts: hole pattern can be arranged according to the appearance needs, sound effect is uniform, heat rise, cold shrinkage does not deform, it is real metal shining material, no reinforcing ribs, environmental protection. Disadvantage of metal parts: relatively long process.
