摘要
为考察路段容量的不确定性对路网运行效率不同测度指标的影响,在Beta分布的路段容量假定下,建立基于路径旅行时间均值的网络均衡流变分不等式模型,给出了运行效率评估流程,用算例分析了容量降级程度、需求结构及需求量对不同效率测度指标的影响,研究结果表明:路网运行效率随路段容量降级程度的增加而显著下降;当网络容量降级状态一定时,存在一个使运行效率达到最高的需求结构和需求量水平;基于运输周转的效率评价指标更加有效。
        To investigate the effect of uncertainty in the link capacity on different measurement index of the road network operation efficiency, a network equilibrium flow variational inequality model based on the mean route travel time is established under the assumption that the link capacity follows a Beta distribution. The operation efficiency evaluation procedure is given and the influences of the capacity degradation degree, the demand structure and the demand quantity on different efficiency measurement index are analyzed by numerical studies. The results show that the operation efficiency of the road network decreases significantly with the increase in the degree of link capacity degradation. When the status of the network capacity degradation state is certain, there exist an optimal demand structure and the demand quantity level that maximizes the operation efficiency. The proposed efficiency evaluation index based on transportation turnover is more effective.
