摘要
通过对7个管端有竖向裂缝的拉挤型GFRP管进行轴压试验,研究了管端竖向裂缝型初始缺陷的位置及长度对拉挤型GFRP管的轴压性能影响,得到了极限承载力,荷载—位移曲线和应力—应变曲线,并分析了管端裂缝长度和位置对拉挤型GFRP管极限承载力,位移及初始刚度的影响。试验结果表明:管端竖向裂缝型初始缺陷对GFRP管的破坏模式和破坏现象没有明显的影响,主要表现为脆性破坏,且初始缺陷处无明显破坏;初始缺陷的影响主要在荷载作用前期,且对试件初始刚度影响较小;裂缝在中间位置处对试件的极限承载力的影响比裂缝在管端角部试件的极限承载力的影响大。
        Based on the axial compression experiment of 7 pultrusion GFRP tubes with vertical cracks,the influence of the location and length of initial defect of pipe ends vertical cracks on the axial performance of pultrusion GFRP tubes was studied,and the ultimate bearing capacity,the load-displacement curve and stress-strain curve were acquired. Meanwhile,the impact of the length and position of pipe end cracks on the ultimate bearing capacity,displacement and initial stiffness of the pultrusion GFRP tubes was also analyzed. The experimental results showed that the initial defect of vertical fracture type of pipe end had no obvious impact on the failure mode and failurephenomenon of GFRP pipes,which was mainly embodied as brittle failure,and the initial defect had no obvious failure. The impact of initial defect was mainly in the early stage of loading and had lesser impact on the initial stiffness. The influence of cracks on ultimate bearing capacity in the middle of the pipes was greater than that in the corner of cracks.
