摘要
核桃细菌性病害在核桃主要产区危害异常严重.在核桃生长季节,对甘肃陇南成县核桃重要产区的细菌性病害的发病情况进行了病害调查,结果显示,核桃重要的细菌性黑斑病等各类细菌性病害发生普遍,不同海拔核桃种植区病害发生存在差异.调查共采集标本30份,共分离病原菌15个,经分子鉴定最终确定9株不同病原菌.
        Bacterial pathogens of walnut trees are becoming more and more serious. Throughout the growing season of walnut trees, investigation of the incidence of bacterial diseases were studied. The result showed that the blight on walnut and the others bacterial diseases have assumed an epidemic scale. The prevalence of bacterial diseases gets more serious as the altitude higher. In this study,30 samples were selected and 15 pathogens were isolated, and 9 pathogenic bacteria were identified by molecular methods.
