摘要

目的:分析我国学者发表系统评价再评价研究现状。方法:检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、PubMed,Embase.com和Cochrane Library,检索时间截至2019年1月。由2位研究者按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选出我国学者发表系统评价再评价研究,用BICOMS 2分析软件对主题词/关键词进行抽取和整理并生成共现矩阵,分别利用NetDraw 2.089和gCLUTO 1.0软件绘制网络关系图和进行聚类分析。结果:纳入117篇系统评价再评价的研究,其中中文58篇,具有实质意义关键词166个,核心关键词为系统评价再评价、系统评价、Meta分析、AMSTAR和再评价,聚类分析共获得3个研究主题;外文59篇,具有实质意义主题词205个,核心主题词为随机对照试验、治疗结局、文献综述、中药和Meta分析,聚类分析共获得3个研究主题。结论:目前我国研究者发表系统评价再评价数量不多,研究主要集中在中医药治疗疾病的疗效和安全性方面。
        Objective:To analyze the current research of overview of systematic reviews(OoSRs) in China.Methods:The CBM,CKNI,Wanfang,PubMed,Embase.com,Cochrane Library were searched from inception to January 2019,to include the OoSRs from the Chinese researcher.Two researchers independently selected the papers of OoSRs in China by inclusion and exclusion criteria,and extracted the major medical subject headings(MeSH)/keyword and produced matrix by BICOMS 2 software,the figure of network by NetDraw 2.089,cluster analysis by gCLUTO 1.0.Results:A total of 117 OoSRs were included,58 Chinese OoSRs involving 166 major keywords with substantial meanings were analyzed.The five major keywords were OoSRs、systematic review、meta analysis、AMSTAR and reevaluation.The keywords were divided into 3 research topics.At the same time,59 English OoSRs involving 205 MeSH with substantial meanings were analyzed.The five major keywords were randomized controlled trials as topic、treatment outcome、review literature as topic、Chinese herbal drugs and meta analysis as topic.The MeSH were divided into 3 research topics.Conclusion:The number of OoSRs need to improve,and the OoSRs focus on the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine for diseases.
