摘要
得益于医学领域的海量临床数据以及人工智能技术的支持,医疗人工智能发展迅速,涉及到智能健康管理平台、人工智能虚拟助理、医疗影像辅助诊断、药物研发等诸多应用。医疗人工智能的发展将极大缓解医疗资源紧张的局面,调整医疗服务模式,减轻医生负担,提升服务效率。虽然医疗人工智能技术不断提升,但临床应用还存在诸多问题,需进一步规划完善。重点研究了目前人工智能在医疗领域的应用与发展方向,包括健康管理、临床决策支持、医学研究等方面,对医疗人工智能带来的医疗服务模式的变化进行分析。同时对医疗人工智能进入广泛临床使用的难点进行了总结,并提出了相关发展建议。
        With the support of massive clinical data and artificial intelligence technology in the medical field, medical artificial intelligence develops rapidly, which involves many applications such as intelligent health management platform, artificial intelligence virtual assistant, medical image assistant diagnosis, drug research and development, etc. The development of medical artificial intelligence will greatly alleviate the shortage of medical resources, adjust the medical service mode, lighten the burden of doctors,and improve service efficiency. Despite the continuous improvement of medical artificial intelligence technology, there are still many problems in its practical application, which need to be further planned and improved. This paper mainly introduces the application and development direction of artificial intelligence in medical field, including health management, clinical decision support, medical research and so on, and analyzes the changes of medical service mode brought by medical artificial intelligence. Finally, we summarize the difficulties in the wide application of medical artificial intelligence in clinic and put forward some suggestions for its development.
