护理风险管理在肿瘤护理管理中的作用研究

摘要

目的探讨护理风险管理在肿瘤患者护理管理中的作用。方法将2016年12月至2018年12月本院肿瘤科接收的130例肿瘤患者随机分成实验组和对照组两组,每组65例。实验组和对照组分别采用护理风险管理模式和基础护理模式。患者出院前比较两组护理质量、护理满意度和护理风险事件发生率。结果实验组经护理风险管理后的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且实验组的护理质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01),其护理风险事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对肿瘤患者使用护理风险管理措施有利于促进护理人员护理质量和患者对护理工作满意度的提升,可有效降低护理风险事件的发生率,值得推广。
        Objective To investigate the effect of the nursing risk management on tumor patients.Methods A total of130 cases of tumor patients hospitalized from December 2016 to December 2018 in the oncology department of our hospital were recruited, they were randomized into experimental group and control group, 65 cases each group.Nursing risk management and basic nursing strategy were adopted respectively. Before discharged from the hospital,the nursing quality, nursing satisfaction, and the rate of risk events between the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of the experimental group after nursing risk management was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01), and the nursing quality score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01), and the incidence of nursing risk events was significantly lower than that of the control group(P< 0.01). Conclusion Nursing risk management applied for tumor patients is beneficial for the elevation of nursing quality, patient satisfactory degree, as well as the reduction of the rate of risk nursing events, so this nursing strategy is deserved to be applied widely.
