埃索美拉唑联合康复新液治疗老年消化性溃疡的效果

摘要
目的研究康复新液联合埃索美拉唑治疗老年消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法选择本院2015年4月至2017年10月收治的老年消化性溃疡患者108例,随机将其分为研究组与对照组,各54例。研究组采用康复新液联合埃索美拉唑治疗,对照组采用埃索美拉唑治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为94.44%,显著高于对照组的81.48%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的上腹疼痛、恶心呕吐、饱胀及反酸嗳气评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的各项生活质量评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的溃疡直径为(1.51±0.47)mm,显著小于对照组的(2.64±0.81)mm(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的Hp根除率为87.04%(47/54),显著高于对照组的72.22%(39/54)(P<0.05)。结论老年消化性溃疡患者采取埃索美拉唑联合康复新液治疗的效果显著,可以促进相关症状消退,提高Hp根除率,缩小病灶,快速稳定病情。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with esomeprazole on elderly patients with peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 108 elderly patients with peptic ulcer who were included in our hospital from April 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 54 cases in each group. The study group was given Kangfuxin solution combined with esomeprazole, and the control group was given esomeprazole. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.44%, which was significantly higher than 81.48% of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of upper abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, fullness and acid-induced hernia in the two groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the quality of life scores in the two groups increased,and those of the study group were higher than the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the diameter of ulcer in the study group was(1.51±0.47) mm, which was smaller than(2.64 ±0.81) mm in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the eradication rate of Hp in the study group was 87.04%(47/54), which was significantly higher than 72.22%(39/54) in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The esomeprazole combined with Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of elder patients with peptic ulcer has obvious effects, which can promote the regression of related symptoms, improve the eradication rate of Hp, reduce the lesions and stabilize the disease quickly.
