摘要

目的分析人性化管理理念对于提高重症医学护理效果的医学意义。方法选取2017年4月～2018年4月我院重症医学科的护理人员36名作为研究对象,进行回顾性分析,将其随机分为两组,对照组运用传统护理理念,实验组运用人性化管理理念,在此基础上,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组的护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理理念对于提高重症医学护理效果具有十分重要的影响,其能使护理人员的护理态度发生变化,患者对医护人员的满意度逐步提高,医患关系与护患关系发生显著变化。
        Objective To analyze the medical signi?cance of humanized management concept for improving the effect of intensive care.Methods 36 nurses in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected for retrospective analysis. The control group used the traditional nursing concept and the experimental group used the humanized management concept. On this basis, the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing concept has a very important in?uence on improving the effect of intensive care. It can change the nursing attitude of nurses, gradually improve patients' satisfaction with medical staff, and signi?cantly change doctor-patient relationship and nurse-patient relationship.
