摘要

目的:观察与分析针对性优质护理在老年慢性病失眠患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年10月至2018年9月成都市第八人民医院收治的老年慢性病失眠患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机分配的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用常规慢性病失眠护理,观察组采用针对性优质护理。比较2组患者护理前后的AIS评分及情绪状态评分、护理满意度。结果:护理前2组的AIS评分及情绪状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),护理后观察组AIS评分及情绪状态评分均优于对照组,对护理的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:针对性优质护理在老年慢性病失眠患者中的应用效果较好,在本类老年患者中具有相对较高的应用价值。
        Objective: To observe and analyze application effect of targeted high-quality nursing in the elderly patients with chronic disease complicated with insomnia. Methods: A total of 90 elderly patients from Chengdu eighth people's Hospital with chronic disease complicated with insomnia from October 2017 to September 2018 were chosen as the research object,and they were divided into control group(conventional nursing of chronic disease complicated with insomnia group) 45 cases and observation group(targeted high-quality nursing group) 45 cases by the principle of random distribution. Then the AIS score and emotional state score before and after the nursing,satisfaction degree for nursing of two groups were compared. Results: The AIS score and emotional state score of two groups before the nursing were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P > 0. 05),the AIS score and emotional state score of observation group after the nursing were all better than those of control group,the satisfaction degree for nursing was higher than that of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The application effect of targeted high-quality nursing in the elderly patients with chronic disease complicated with insomnia is better,and its application value in these elderly patients is relatively higher.
