Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs) are extensively used in clinical practice. It is the second most common drug, which can lead to hypersensitivity reactions. Moreover, the hypersensitivity reactions caused by NSAIDs involve a variety of different mechanisms, and the clinical manifestations are various. The classification, mechanisms, diagnostic methods, and procedure of hypersensitivity reactions induced by NSAIDs was reviewed in his paper, with the hope to facilitate the improvement of awareness among medical workers.
