摘要
目的评价基于战创伤模拟人的情景模拟教学法在急诊青年医师急救技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取2010—2017年入科、23~35岁的青年急诊医师40名,随机分为传统培训组和情景模拟培训组,每组20名。2组均先进行培训前急救综合技能考核,然后分别采用传统教学和基于战创伤模拟人的情景模拟教学,各培训10个学时,培训结束后再进行综合技能考核,并对情景模拟培训组的参训医师进行满意度调查。结果培训后,情景模拟培训组考核分数高于传统培训组(P <0. 05)。满意度调查结果显示,100%参训医师认为情景模拟教学能够显著提高学习效率,95%认为情景模拟教学能够明显提升急救能力,90%认为情景模拟教学能够增强抢救危重患者的自信程度。结论在急诊科开展基于战创伤模拟人的情景模拟教学能够显著提升急诊青年医师的综合急救技能,根据急诊轮班特点灵活安排培训时间,调动了青年医师参加培训的积极性。
        Objective To evaluate effect of war trauma simulator based situational simulation teaching in application of first aid training for young emergency physicians. Methods A total of 40 young emergency physicians who were in age of 23-35 years old and had enrolled department during 2010-2017,were randomly divided into traditional teaching group( n = 20) and situational simulation training group( n = 20). All physicians were examined for pre-training compositive emergency skills,and then received traditional teaching or situational simulation teaching respectively,and teaching time was 10 h in each group. After training,compositive emergency skills were examined for all the trainees,and satisfaction questionnaires were performed for physicians taking situational simulation teaching. Results After training,scores for compositive emergency skills in situational simulation training group were significantly higher than those in traditional training group( P < 0. 05). Satisfaction questionnaires showed that 100% of the physicians thought that situational simulation teaching could effectively improve learning efficiency,and 95% of the physicians believed that first aid abilities were significantly improved after training. Furthermore,90% of the physicians believed that situational simulation teaching could increase their confidence in rescue of critical patients. Conclusion War trauma simulator based situational simulation teaching for young emergency physicians may obviously improve their compositive abilities in rescue,and teaching time can have flexible arrangement according to working schedule characteristics of emergency department,and training enthusiasm of emergency physicians may be mobilized.
