摘要
随着人们对食品健康的重视程度不断增加,生活饮用水的质量逐步受到更多的关注。耗氧量作为反映水体污染的重要指标,根据标准GB/T 5750.7—2006采用高锰酸钾滴定法,对水体中存在的悬浮物和能被高锰酸钾氧化的有机物和无机物的量进行测定。耗氧量含量的高低一定程度上表明饮用水中受污染程度的高低。通过饮用水中耗氧量的检测,对水质监控有重要意义。但高锰酸钾滴定法的氧化反应程度和进程较为复杂,对于准确测定水中耗氧量有一定的难度。因此,对影响测定的主要因素如加热时间、滴定温度等进行分析显得尤为重要。文章对这些影响因素的进行总结,以提高饮用水中耗氧量的检测正确率。
        With the increasing emphasis on food health, the quality of drinking water has gradually attracted the attention of the general public. Oxygen consumption as an important indicator reflecting water pollution, according to the standard GB/T 5750.7—2006 using potassium permanganate titration method, the amount of suspended solids in the water and the amount of organic and inorganic substances that can be oxidized by potassium permanganate determination. The level of oxygen consumption indicates the degree of pollution in drinking water to a certain extent. The detection of oxygen consumption in drinking water is of great significance for water quality monitoring. However, the degree and process of oxidation reaction of potassium permanganate titration is complicated, which is difficult to accurately determine the oxygen consumption in water. Therefore, it is particularly important to analyze the main factors affecting the determination, such as heating time and titration temperature. This paper summarizes these factors in order to improve the detection accuracy rate of oxygen consumption in drinking water.
