摘要
本文结合紫外光谱法优化白花蛇舌草中三萜类化合物的加速溶剂萃取法(ASE)提取工艺。以白花蛇舌草中三萜酸的总提取量为指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交实验考察乙醇体积分数、提取温度、提取次数、每次提取时间对提取工艺的影响,确定最佳提取工艺。实验结果表明:各因素对ASE提取工艺的影响顺序依次为:提取温度>提取时间>乙醇体积分数>提取次数。其最佳提取工艺为:以体积分数为90%的乙醇作为提取剂,在80℃下提取1次,提取时间为15 min。在此条件下,白花蛇舌草中的总三萜酸的提取率高达11.3%(w/w)。优选的提取工艺提取速度快,提取率高,极大地节省了提取溶剂和提取时间。
        To develop a method for the extraction of triterpenoids from a traditional Chinese medicine named Hedyotis diffusa with accelerated solvent extraction(ASE) combined with ultraviolet spectrometry. With extraction rate of total triterpene acid as index, the amount of ethanol, extract temperature, extract frequency and extract time were evaluate by orthogonal test(L_9(3~4)). The influence of each factors on accelerated solvent extraction of total triterpenoids is extraction temperature>extraction time>ethanol concentration> extraction times. The optimum extraction process was: extracted one time with 90% ethanol at 80℃ last for 15 min. The extraction rate of total treterpenoids in Hedyotis diffusa was 11.3%(w/w). The optimized extraction process was fast, high yield, and saved solvent and time tremendously.
