摘要

目的观察PICC专科门诊在肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月接受PICC置管和维护的肿瘤患者90例为研究对象,按照入住科室随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组在入住科室进行PICC置管和维护,观察组在PICC专科门诊进行PICC置管和维护,比较2组一针穿刺成功率、PICC期间并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组一针穿刺成功率、护理满意度显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为肿瘤患者设立PICC专科门诊能够有效提高一针穿刺成功率及护理满意度,并降低PICC置管期间并发症发生率,值得临床推广。
        Objective To investigate the clinical effects of PICC special outpatient service in patients with malignant tumors.Methods A total of 90 patients with malignant tumors who received PICC in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study, who were divided into observation group(n=45) and control group(n=45).The patients in control group received PICC catheterization,however, the patients in observation group were treated by PICC catheterization in PICC special outpatient service.The success rate of catheterization,incidence rate of complications and nursing satisfaction degree were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of catheterization and nursing satisfaction degree in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,moreover,the incidence rates of complications in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PICC special outpatient service in patients with malignant tumors can effectively improve the rate of PICC catheterization and nursing satisfaction degree,and can reduce the incidence rate of complications during catheterization,thus,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
