摘要
随着经济全球化成为普遍的经济形态,各类企业、单位对人才的需求已经发生了根本性的改变,特别是对市场营销专业人才更是在素质、能力方面提出了全新的要求。作为培养市场营销专业人才的重要渠道之一的高职院校,也应与时俱进地将经济全球化背景下企业单位对市场营销专业人才需求的数量、质量等方面的标准和要求进行精准分析,并对培养教育方式进行相应的优化提升,才能达到适应市场需求、保持就业稳定的目标。该文从市场需求入手,进行综合调查、深入分析,梳理出当前背景下市场营销人才的需求变化情况,并结合当前高职院校营销人才的培养模式和理念提出一些具有针对性的对策措施。
With the economic globalization becoming a universal economic form, all kinds of enterprises and units have undergone fundamental changes in the demand for talents. Especially marketing professionals have put forward new requirements in terms of quality and ability. As one of the important channels to train marketing talents, higher vocational colleges should also make a precise analysis of the standards and requirements of enterprises on the quantity and quality of marketing talents in the context of economic globalization, and optimize and upgrade the training methods accordingly, to meet the needs of the market and maintain the stability of employment. This dissertation starting with the market demand, conducts a comprehensive investigation and in-depth analysis, combs the changing situation of the demand for marketing talents under the current background, and puts forward some pertinent countermeasures in combination with the current training mode and concept of marketing talents in vocational colleges.
