新型城镇化与农业现代化的耦合协调——基于甘肃省12个地级市的区域差异分析

摘要

在梳理现有文献资料的基础上,构建了甘肃省"两化复合系统"耦合协调的指标体系,借助耦合协调度模型、基尼系数法及参照值法对甘肃省"两化复合系统"耦合协调度的区域差异、区域差距演化与区域差异类型进行了总结评价与比较分析,得出结论:耦合度体现在不同水平上的区域差异性,耦合协调程度集中在调和协调和勉强调和协调两种类型上;"两化复合系统"耦合协调的区域内部差距呈现出波动减小的趋势;甘肃省12个地级市中嘉峪关市除耦合协调度之外的其他指标均在平均水平之上,而其余地级市的各个指标均在平均水平之下。
        On the basis of combing the existing literature,the article constructed the index system of the coupling and coordination of the " two-composite system" in Gansu province. By means of the coupling coordination degree model,the Gini coefficient method and the reference value method,the coupling coordination degree about the regional differences,regional gap evolution and regional difference types of the " two-composite system" in Gansu province were summarized and compared,and the conclusions were drawn: the coupling degree is reflected in regional differences at different levels,and the coupling coordination degree is concentrated on the two types of reconciliation coordination and reluctant reconciliation coordination,and the intra-regional gap of the coupling coordination of the " two-composite system" showed a trend of decreasing volatility,and in the 12 prefectural cities of Gansu province,the indicators other than the coupling coordination degree in Jiayuguan city are above the average level,while the other indicators in the other prefectural cities are below the average level.
