摘要
以全国300名体育院校图书馆员为调查对象,通过问卷调查和数理统计等方法分析了家庭-工作冲突、职业认同与职业倦怠的关系。研究结果显示:(1)体育院校图书馆员在家庭-工作冲突、职业认同与职业倦怠上存在显著的性别差异和职称差异;(2)家庭-工作冲突对体育院校图书馆员的职业倦怠具有显著正向预测作用,职业认同对图书馆员的职业倦怠具有显著的负向预测作用。体育院校图书馆员应通过自我调节和依靠组织机构采取措施缓解家庭-工作冲突,加强职业认同,降低职业倦怠。
This paper analyzes the relationship between family-job conflict, professional identity and job burnout with questionnaire and mathematical statistics, taking 300 librarians of sports universities in China as the subjects of investigation. The research results show that:(1)there are significant gender differences and professional title differences in family-job conflict, professional identity and job burnout among librarians in sports universities;(2)the family-work conflict has a significant positive predictive effect on the job burnout of the librarians in sports universities, and the professional identity has a significant negative predictive effect on the job burnout of the librarians. Librarians in sports universities should adopt self-regulation and rely on organizations to alleviate family-work conflict, strengthen professional identity and reduce job burnout.
