跨多能源勘探中随钻取心技术的应用

摘要
澳大利亚盖里里盆地的能源勘探以煤层气为主,兼探页岩气和常规油气,因地震资料不全,界面不清,取心井次较多,取心需兼顾3种不同能源的作业需求。通过优化井身结构,优选钻机,集中在216 mm井段进行随钻取心,经过3口井的实钻验证试验和3口井的推广应用,结果表明,随钻取心工具设计可靠,入井故障率低,不用起下钻换钻头,钻井时效提高80%~85%,机械钻速比使用常规PDC钻头低12%,单只钻头纯钻时间超过68 h,取心收获率超过91%,可在不同能源勘探取心作业中推广应用。
        Energy exploration in the Galilee basin in Australia is dominated by coal seam gas, which is also used to explore shale gas, conventional oil and gas. The seismic data is incomplete, the interface is not clear, and there are many coring wells. Coring should take into account the operation requirements of three kinds of energy. By optimizing of well structure and drilling rig, focused on the 216 mm hole coring, through actual drilling test of 3 wells and the promotion and application of another 3 wells,it is verified that coring while drilling system is proved reliable and low down-hole failure rate, without tripping in drill bit, drilling time increased by 80% to 85%, rate of penetration(ROP) is 12% lower than that of conventional PDC bit, bit running hour exceeding 68 hrs, core recovery more than 91%, which can be applied in different energy exploration coring operations.
