摘要
高风险作业是企业现场安全管理的重点,为提高安全工程专业学生对工程现场的安全监管能力需开展实践教学,但现场实训却存在难度大、风险高等问题。为此开发出一种基于工作安全分析(JSA)方法的高风险作业在线实践平台。平台涵盖现场真实拍摄的典型高风险作业场景影像资料和经专家分析审核的JSA标准数据库,能以课程设计形式实现分组分析、结论审核入库以及考核等功能。实际应用表明,该平台可有效开展高风险作业虚拟实训,有效加强学生对高风险作业的形象认识。
        The present paper deals mainly with the practice teaching and the way for its practical execution. Therefore,it is necessary to identify and determine the actual principles and main steps for the practical implementation,which mainly consists of 4 sections,that is,the standard database,the online analysis,the assignment revision and the system construction.As a matter of fact,successful implementation of the practical teaching platform for high risk operation requires students to do the so-called justifiable safety analyses( short for JSA) through the web-based system on the said JSA Method. And,in turn,the present paper would like to propose a teaching approach to the JSA simulation training for the high-risk operations involved.As a matter of fact,the JSA standard database should consist of the standard JSA analysis results audited by the specialists,while the virtual scenes should include the videos and the pictures of the typical high-risk operation scenes filmed in the working site or collected through the on-line operations,such as a lot of potential risks involving a series of on-site practical training.The above said standard database module has to be made of 2 parts,that is,the virtual scenes and the JSA standard database.Since the high-risk operation is one of the essential components of the on-site safety management,it would be necessary to improve the safety supervision authority for the safety engineering majors through practical training. For example, when the students are invited for the on-line operation,they should have been asked to learn how to analyze the module and conduct the group JSA analyses according to the pre-assigned virtual scenes via the GUI( Graphic User Interface). On the other hand,when they were asked to do such analyses,the students should be asked to learn to read and learn the references concerned from the standard database,for such analyses should be accomplished in 4 steps,that is,learning to identify the hazardous factors,being able to assess the risk,and capable for controlling the recommended measures. On the other hand,the instructors of the afforementioned programs are also asked to review carefully the JSA reports submitted by their students,which are supposed to indicate or represent the learning outcomes of their learners on the high-risk operations in their assignment review module. What is more,their instructors have also to be in incorporating their own more penetrated analysis results into their students' work through their own conscientious revision and other specialists concerend. Thus,finally,it can be seen that the application results should be in a position to demonstrate that such a kind of instruction tends to promote the students ' comprehension of high-risk operations as well as to have a sound mastery of the key points of the JSA method.
