摘要
煤制甲醇副产物杂醇油是一种复杂的混合物,具有强烈的剌鼻性臭味。为了利用该副产品,对神华宁煤集团下属企业煤制甲醇副产物杂醇油经过预处理的杂醇进行了强酸催化酯化和醚化研究,并对反应条件进行了优化。通过测定杂醇油、混酯、混醚三者的发热量发现,酯化、醚化后的产品热值明显提高,可以作为优质的醇醚燃料或者燃油组分。
The by-product fusel oil of coal-based methanol plants is a complex mixture with a pungent odor. In order to utilize this by-product, the strong acid-catalyzed esterification and etherification of the pretreated fusel oil from Shenhua Ningmei Group were studied, and the reaction conditions were optimized. By measuring the calorific values of the fusel oil, the mixed ester and the mixed ether products, it was found that the calorific values of the esterified and etherified products were remarkably improved, and they can be used as the high-quality alcohol-ether fuel or fuel ingredients.
