摘要
以不饱和聚酯树脂生产装置为对象,研制开发了针对间歇过程中全流程、全工况操作的仿真培训系统。通过分析实际生产装置,以设计数据、操作数据、DCS数据和操作规程为基础,利用过程模拟仿真平台实现工艺建模,基于ECS-700虚拟控制器实现DCS与批量控制全激励仿真,系统同时包含操作评价系统。经过验证,仿真培训系统能真实地反映装置的生产和事故状态的动态效果,满足了仿真培训系统的实时要求,为操作员的培训发挥了重要作用。
As background of unsaturated polyester resin production process,the simulation training system is developed for the full process operation and operation under all working conditions in batch process.The technical models are established by process simulation software with analysis of the actual production process,based on design data,operational data,data of DCS and operating instructions.The functions of DCS and batch control are realized by virtual controllers of ECS-700.A scoring system is also prepared in this system.By validating simulation system,dynamic responses such as production and troubleshooting could be really identified,which meet the real-time requirements of simulation training system and played an important role in operator training.
