摘要
由于地下水环境污染具有极强的隐蔽性和滞后性,地下水环境影响评价一直是中国建设项目环境评价工作中的重要一环。以西南红层区某天然气净化厂为例,总结了西南红层区水文地质特征及水资源功能,在识别天然气净化厂地下水污染源、影响方式的基础上,采用GMS数值模拟软件预测了净化厂非正常工况下对地下水水质的直接影响,提出了应加强净化厂运行期污染防控措施和地下水的长期观测,有针对性的制定地下水环境影响监测计划和应急预案,保证项目区地下水水质安全,对红层区相似水文地质条件的地下水环境影响评价具有一定的借鉴意义。
        Due to the strong concealment and retardation of groundwater contamination, the environmental impact assessment of groundwater has been an important part for construction projects. In this paper, a purification plant in southwest red beds area was used as an example in order to provide reference to the groundwater environmental impact assessment in other red beds area with the similar hydrogeological conditions in southwest China. This paper summarizes the hydrogeological characteristics and water resource functions of fractured aquifer in southwest red beds, employs GMS numerical simulation software to predict the direct influence at abnormal working conditions on groundwater quality in the purification plant on the basis of identifying the sources and influence modes of groundwater pollution in natural gas purification plants. Besides, this paper puts forward that the prevention and control measures against groundwater pollution and the long-term observation during the operation period of the purification plant should be strengthen. Accordingly, the groundwater environmental impact monitoring plan and the contingency plan were developed in the paper aiming at ensuring the safety of groundwater quality in project area.
