摘要
"一带一路"是我国对外开放和构建现代开放型经济体系的主体战略,全国各地都在探索"一带一路"试验区建设,河南省应发挥战略叠加、经济大省、国际枢纽、总书记指示等独特优势,差异化构建"郑州空中丝绸之路试验区",以"郑州航空港区"为核心打造自由贸易港,以"郑汴港金三角新区"为主体打造国家级城市新区和自由贸易试验区,以"郑州1+5同城化"为支撑打造"黄河大湾区"国际产业科创中心,以"五龙、五通、五城"为重点,建设世界一流空中丝绸之路试验区、世界一流枢纽型中心城市、世界一流内河大湾区。
        "One belt and one road" is the main strategy of China's opening up to the outside world and the construction of a modern open economic system. All parts of the country are exploring the construction of the "one by one" pilot area. Henan should give full play to its unique advantages, accelerate the construction of the "Zhengzhou Airborne Silk Road Test Zone", and build the free trade port with the "Zhengzhou airport area" as its core. To build a national-level urban new area and free trade pilot area,Which the main body of the "Golden triangle district of Zhengzhou-Kaifeng part" to build an international industrial science and technology innovation center of the "Yellow River Bay Area" with the support of "Zhengzhou 1+5 co-urbanization", and to focus on "Wulong, Wutong and Wucheng", to build a world-class pilot area of the Silk Road in the air, a world-class hub-type central city and a world-class inland river bay area.
