基于改进层次分析法的配网供电可靠性研究

摘要
对配网供电可靠性指标的分析评估有助于改善配网系统的薄弱环节,并对配网电力系统的运行预测有着极其重要的意义。为了能够有效地提高配网系统的可靠性,需对其影响因素进行分析,并提出合理有效的优化方法。本文从用户侧、配电设备与供电负荷三方面着手,利用改进的层次分析法进行案例分析,并建立配网供电可靠性指标评估体系。本文用改进的AHP法验证了主观判断的正确性,较为直观地体现了以上三类供电可靠性指标的重要程度。本文建立的评估体系可用于评价配网建设改造方案的优劣,为配网运行的优化设计提供较好的理论支撑。
        The analysis and evaluation for power supply reliability index is helpful to improve the weak links of the distribution network system and is of great signi?cance to predict the operation of the distribution network power system. In order to improve the reliability of the distribution network system effectively, its in?uencing factors must be analyzed, and the reasonable and effective solutions can be put forward. In this paper, from setting out to the three aspects of the user side、power distribution equipment and the power supply load, the case is analyzed by the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the index evaluation system of distribution network power supply reliability is established. This improved AHP method validates the correctness of subjective judgment and re?ects the importance of the three above factors of power supply reliability directly. The evaluation system provides a solid theoretical foundation for optimizing the reliability of network power supply, can be used to judge the advantages and disadvantages of the reconstruction plan.
