摘要
实际应用中为获得大辐射声功率,通常采用多阶梯圆盘作为辐射体。从声学工程应用角度,基于Mindlin厚板理论结合边界条件和位移、转角、剪力和弯矩等连续性条件,推导了自由、固定、简支三种不同边界条件下的多阶梯厚圆盘的弯曲振动频率方程,利用数值计算法和有限元法对多阶梯厚圆盘振动特性和频率特性进行研究并进行实验测试,结果表明自由、固定、简支三种不同边界条件下厚板理论计算结果比薄板理论计算结果更精确,理论计算结果与有限元模拟结果及实验测试基本一致;各结构参数与材料参数对系统振动频率影响不同,随圆盘高度和基底高度的增加系统弯曲振动频率而增加,相比而言基底高度对频率影响较大;各部分材料的弹性模量对多阶梯厚圆盘的频率影响最大,研究结果为大功率弯曲振动辐射器的设计提供理论参考和频率调试依据。
        The multi-step disc is usually used as the radiator in practical application, in order to obtain the sound power of large radiation. From the point of view of acoustic engineering application, the free and fixed are derived based on the Mindlin thick plate theory combined with boundary condition and continuity condition. The bending vibration frequency equation of multi-step thick disk with simply supported three kinds of boundary conditions is studied by using numerical calculation method and finite element method. The results show that the vibration characteristics and frequency characteristics of multi-step thick disk are free and fixed. The theoretical results of thick plates under three simple supported boundary conditions are more accurate than those of thin plate theory. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the results of finite element simulation and experiment. The influence of structural parameters and material parameters on the vibration frequency of the system is different. The bending vibration frequency of the system also increases with the increase of the disc height and the substrate height, compared with the substrate height. The elastic modulus of each part of the material has the greatest influence on the frequency of the multi-step disk. The results provide a theoretical reference and a basis for the frequency adjustment for the design of the bending vibration radiator of the high-power radiator.
