摘要
为达到二维修正目的,设计了一套以数字信号处理器为主控器的硬件系统。本设计选用主控制器为DSP,型号为TMS320F28335,并配合使用光电码盘、全桥控制。介绍了修正系统的研究背景和发展现状,通过实际修正要求和系统结构,分别阐述了控制系统中主控制芯片、电机控制、编码器等功能模块,并对电机控制方案进行设计,实现控制系统电路的小型化,满足体积小、成本低、低功耗等需求。
In order to achieve the purpose of two-dimensional correction, a hardware system with digital signal processor as the main controller is designed. The main controller is selected as digital signal processor(DSP) in the design, the model is TMS320 F28335, and it is used with photoelectric code disk and full bridge control. The research background and development status of the correction system are introduced. Through the actual correction requirements and system structure, the main control chip, motor control, encoder and other functional modules in the control system are introduced respectively, and the motor control scheme is designed to realize the miniaturization of the control system circuit, which can satisfy the requirements of small size, low cost and low power consumption.
