摘要
本文以丘陵地区水稻收割机为研究对象,对收割机底盘机架做有限元分析,得到底盘的固有频率、振型和受力分析,通过Solidworks附带的Simulation模块进行模态分析,利用模态分析技术得到工作装置的各阶模态频率、模态特性和受力分析,研究底盘机架模态振型与振动之间关系,分析该底盘机架是否能够避开共振,结果证明该结构可以避免外部激励发生共振,研究应力和应变关系,进而验证所设计的底盘机架合理性。
The research object of this paper is the rice harvester in hilly area developed by the Government Science and Technology Projects.With Simulation function of Solidworks software.According the finite element analysis, obtained the natural frequency and mode of the chassis frame joint on the rice harvester. The modal frequency and modal characteristics of the working device are obtained by modal analysis, the relationship between modal vibration mode and vibration of the chassis frame is studied. Result showed that the chassis frame can avoid resonance and proved that the structure avoids the resonance of external excitation. The analysis of stress and strain proves the rationality of the chassis frame designed.
