摘要
目的:考察锁阳黄酮对甲醛诱导所致的大鼠肝星状细胞氧化损伤的保护作用。方法:以甲醛诱导建立大鼠肝星状细胞氧化损伤模型,采用MTT法检测细胞活性,测定大鼠肝星状细胞培养液中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力变化。结果:锁阳黄酮浓度在0、12.5、25、50、100、200μg/mL时,大鼠肝星状细胞生长率分别52.55%、76.62%、85.05%、91.32%、92.99%、59.12%;与模型组相比,给药组细胞中的GSH-PX和SOD活力显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:锁阳黄酮在一定浓度范围内对甲醛氧化损伤的大鼠肝星状细胞具有保护作用。
Objective:To investigate the protective effect of flavonoids on oxidative damage of hepatic stellate cells induced by formaldehyde in rats.Methods:Oxidative damage model of rat hepatic stellate cells were induced by formaldehyde,Cell activity was detected by MTT,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in rat hepatic stellate cell culture medium were determined.Results:When the concentration of flavonoids is 0,12.5,25,50,100,200μg/mL,Growth rates of hepatic stellate cells in rats were 52.55%,76.62%,85.05%、91.32% 、92.99%、59.12%,respectively.Compared with the model group,The activity of GSH-PX and SOD in the cells of the drug-administration group were significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:In a certain range of concentration,cynan flavone can protect hepatic stellate cells from oxidative damage of formaldehyde.
